Mallory is Assistant General Counsel at OhioHealth and has been in the role of supporting the employed OhioHealth Physician Group, Provider Well-Being Center and OhioHealth Research Institute, among other groups, for more than a year. Prior to her transition to OhioHealth, she worked for a community-based healthcare system in Zanesville, Ohio, where she drafted employment agreements for providers and handled employment-related issues. She will bring to this presentation knowledge gained from her experience as an in-house counsel health care attorney, and specifically for this speaking opportunity, what she has learned as it relates to HIPAA, employment law, and health care-related policies.
