Kelly is a member of the Firm’s Health Care Service team and concentrates her practice in the areas of health care and related litigation. Kelly represents health care clients in certificate of need hearings and court appeals and rural health clinics in Medicaid rate appeals and represents health care clients in insurance underpayment litigation. Drafts and reviews health care employment agreements and other health care transactional contracts. She assists health care clients in resolving compliance issues with accreditation organizations and advises clients on regulatory compliance with the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, and other fraud and abuse laws. She Advises clients on HIPAA, health care clients on state licensing issues and regulatory compliance related to the adoption and use of artificial intelligence tools.
