Amanda’s career focus has been on nursing professional development as a manager and educator for new and experienced healthcare professionals. She has assessed, designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated many curricula including orientation and ongoing professional development for nurses and interprofessional teams. She works with academic partners across the state to develop and enhance clinical experiences and programs for future healthcare professionals. Amanda currently works as a Manager, Clinical Training and Development at Summa Health and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Akron.
