Kate is a registered nurse and the President of Shared Governance at West Chester Hospital. In addition to her role working in Labor and Delivery, Kate worked directly with the Magnet Program Manager of her organization to revitalize the Shared Governance program from 2024-2026. Kate was a part of a systematic review of the literature on Shared Governance, and has spoken about this topic regionally and at the state level.
