Operations and Project Manager

Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital/Region V for Kids Pediatric Disaster Center of Excellence

Shari serves as the Operations and Project Manager for Region V for Kids, a federally funded Pediatric Disaster Center of Excellence within the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), and as the Operations Lead for the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Innovation and Improvement Center at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. In these roles, she manages complex, multi-state initiatives focused on emergency preparedness and response including initiatives in cybersecurity, family reunification risk and recovery, trauma and exercises.. Her work stresses the intersection of organizational policy and culture, equity, and evaluation in strengthening preparedness and protecting vulnerable populations.
