Ronnie is a compassionate nursing and risk management leader with 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She has expansive leadership, risk management, patient safety, analytics, safety culture, event reporting, and claims experience in both acute and non-acute settings. She served in Level II and III trauma-designated community hospitals, outpatient care areas, primary care and specialty physician practices, behavioral health, urgent care centers, a health and fitness center, and upheld comprehensive patient experience work. Ronnie is passionate about risk management/patient safety, quality care, safety culture, and patient experience. Her professional interests extend to include employee and workplace safety, building and sustaining strong and collaborative relationships, process improvement, and supporting growth and development.
