Kezia is a nationally recognized healthcare risk leader with over 13 years of experience directing systematic, data-driven risk initiatives across diverse clinical environments. She currently leads key strategic initiatives at Coverys, including REACT®, an early resolution program, and consults with healthcare organizations on risk mitigation and patient-centered communication to reduce claims severity and promote transparency. Known for her collaborative approach and mentorship, Kezia excels at building trust in high-stress situations, whether supporting a vulnerable sole practitioner, a distressed patient, or a large health system. Kezia brings deep surgical and interdisciplinary insight to her risk management practice. She has led diverse multidisciplinary efforts to eliminate systems errors and improve safety culture. Kezia is a published author and frequent national presenter. As a past president of CHARM and an active member of ASHRM, she is known for her ability to build trust and lead through mentorship, collaboration, and strategic vision.
