Megan is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory designation (LISW-S), specializing in adult mental health. With extensive experience across diverse clinical settings including hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, and individual therapy,Megan brings a compassionate and skills-based approach to her work. Her therapeutic practice emphasizes the development of coping strategies, effective communication, healthy boundaries, stress management and navigating grief in healthcare. Megan leads the Peer Supporter Program at Dayton Children's ensuring that peer supporters are up to date on all hospital wellbeing initiatives and offerings as well as ensure peer supporters have the tools to support colleagues enduring difficult events at work.
