Tina serves as the Director of Employee Health & Wellness at Dayton Children’s Hospital. In this role, she provides strategic oversight of the Employee Health clinic, ensuring efficient onboarding, injury management, and limited urgent care services for staff. Tina also co-leads the organization’s Employee Wellbeing program and collaborates with the Clinical Safety Office to advance enterprise-wide safety initiatives that support a healthy and resilient workforce.
