Katie has been working as a well-being consultant for over 1.5 years at Riverside Methodist Hospital, a teaching hospital with over 1,000 beds in Columbus, Ohio. With a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, Katie is trained in systems theory, which allows her to see everything she does through a systemic lens. By focusing on building relationships with people all across the hospital, Katie can see how each unit interacts with others, how collaboration helps everyone, and how culture can divide or conquer.
