Senior Consultant, Provider and Associate Well-Being

Richelle has been with the OhioHealth well-being team for 5 years, including the 3 years in her current role as a Senior Consultant, supporting the well-being of associate and providers within the outpatient and ambulatory sites. Prior to this role, she coordinated system-wide critical incident response, providing support during some of the most challenging moments in healthcare delivery. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Patient Support Assistant in the Surgical ICU while in college- experience that continues to ground her work in the lived realities of frontline care.
