Tammi has nearly 30 years experience of being a registered nurse She is a well-being and health outcomes professional specializing in associate well-being and results-oriented and evidence-based programs that drive measurable impact. Her expertise spans from leadership in quality and patient safety, process improvement, high reliability organization, regulatory and accreditation, addressing associate food insecurity, and community health programs. She has successfully designed and led well-being programs that have improved associate health, engagement, and resilience while fostering a culture of compassion and care.
