Andy Sturgess-White, Senior Director of Health Economics & Policy, leads OHA’s strategic analysis of state and federal programs that impact member hospital finances. This includes the Hospital Care Assurance Program, the Hospital Franchise Fee and other state and federal programs. Andy staffs OHA's Finance Committee, Small & Rural Hospital Committee and Behavioral Health Committee. Prior to joining OHA in 2019, Andy worked for six years in state government, with policy and data analytics roles in the Ohio Office of Budget and Management, the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and the Attorney General’s Office.
