Brandi Eddy is a Senior Consultant for Provider and Associate Well-Being at OhioHealth’s Doctors Hospital, where she partners with leaders to advance workforce well-being. She has been with OhioHealth for 13 years, starting as a staff nurse at Riverside Hospital and later serving as a manager for OhioHealth at Home. Her passion for staff well-being was shaped by both her clinical experience and studying the relationship between employee well-being, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Brandi is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in organizational leadership, strengthening her work at the intersection of culture, leadership, and performance.
