Stacie is a currently the Deputy General Counsel for Adena Health where she has served in the role for over 2 years. In her role, Stacie works closely with hospital executives and hospital caregivers to provide guidance on various hospital regulations, including but not limited to, Fraud & Abuse, billing, HIPAA, EMTALA, and Graduate Medical Education, telehealth and other state and federal health care regulations. She also provides guidance on employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and helps facilitate real estate transactions. Prior to her role at Adena, Stacie was a Senior Counsel at the law firm of Epstein, Becker and Green, as well as served in the role as Assistant General Counsel at Adena Health System. Stacie is a 2008 graduate of Capital University School of law, and a 2005 graduate of Ohio University where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Journalism. When she is not working, Stacie enjoys reading various genres, hiking, and spending time with her family.
