Jack Huang, CCIM, is President of ERA Taiwan Master Franchise, a comprehensive real estate brokerage based in Taipei, Taiwan. ERA Taiwan focuses on residential, luxury houses, shop, land, and leasing service, we are always clear market-oriented, in the turning time of housing market in Taiwan, we are performing in the role of a pioneer in future market, we pay attention to changes in client needs and also to the impact of technology on the industry, therefore, application of technology, client service, integration of international resources and establishing an industry platform are our future business strategy and direction. Jack is the Chairman of Chinese Real Estate Agents Transaction Guaranty Foundation, which deals with real estate transaction disputes and protects customers.

Previously, Jack has contributed to the real estate industry, he was the CEO of 2014 Real Estate Global Summit (REGS); he represented Taiwan to attend international real estate events and conferences in Japan and NAR National Conference in the United States. He had served as the President of Taipei Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Vice President of Chinese Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Jack holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, a highly recognized profession in commercial real estate. He is the 2017-2018 President of Taiwan CCIM Association. Jack is a graduate of EMBA, Beijing University, Guanghua School of Management, and Master of Business Management, Madonna University.
