Registration covers all core events of the Forum, including the Welcome Reception, Daily Breakfast, Keynote Lunches, Happy Hours, and the Global Pinning Ceremony. Governance Meetings and Private Events, as indicated on the agenda, are invite-only.

No. Registration is for the entire Fall Forum (Oct. 4-8). Add-On Events are only available to those who are registered, though some events may offer a guest ticket for non-attendees. 

Yes, you can register on-site, though pricing will be at its highest point and add-on events will likely be at capacity.

No. If you only plan on attending the Reviews, Testing, and Pinning Ceremony, you do not need to register. If you plan on attending any forum events after The Pinning Ceremony, you will need to register for the Fall Forum, as well as any add-on events.

Yes, all candidates getting pinned are welcome to bring guests to the ceremony; no registration is required. However, we ask that guests are limited to 2-3 per candidate, as there is limited room and 100+ candidates.

It is one of the best opportunities to connect with the global CCIM community, including Designees, candidates, and commercial real estate professionals from around the world. It’s a remarkable chance to gain insights into commercial real estate markets from around the world.

Yes. During the Global Pinning Ceremony, The CCIM Institute will recognize Region 13 members who earned The CCIM Designation between 2021 and 2026, celebrating their achievements alongside the newest class of CCIM Designees.

Yes. Throughout Fall Forum, attendees will have numerous opportunities to network in our Dealmaking & Networking Lounge, Happy Hours, and other events.
Yes. In addition to our core programming, attendees can participate in add-on tours that showcase Los Angeles’ culture, landmarks, and commercial real estate developments, providing unique insight into one of the nation’s largest CRE markets.
International attendees are responsible for determining and obtaining any required travel documents or visas. We encourage you to review your country’s travel requirements well in advance of the Forum. If you require a letter confirming your registration to support a visa application, please contact The CCIM Institute.

LAX, Los Angeles International, is the closest airport to The InterContinental Hotel.
Less than 20 miles away, it takes 30-60 minutes via car, more if it is during peak traffic. Public transportation is also available.

Yes. The hotel offers controlled-access and valet parking. EV charging and accessible parking are also available. Click here for more info.

Business attire is recommended for Fall Forum. Some activities, such as tours, may call for more comfortable clothing. Special events, such as the 2027 Global Presidential Inauguration, require more formal or black-tie attire.

Yes, our Mobile App will be available before the Forum. Visit our Mobile App page to learn more about the download process and app features that help you plan and enhance your forum experience. The app will launch in September and is only available to registered attendees.

Only those registered for the Fall Forum can log in and access features. Check out the Mobile App page for further notes and troubleshooting.

Select photos will be shared in the Forum Gallery (on the Mobile App) as the days proceed. Live-streaming content will be decided on an event-by-event scenario. Select highlight videos will be shared on our social platforms the month after Fall Forum.
