With more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, Saadia has worked

across local, regional, national, and global firms, bringing a perspective shaped by both

institutional platforms and entrepreneurial leadership. She previously held senior roles at

global firms, including JLL, and now focuses on building trusted teams that combine

market knowledge, relationships, execution, and the thoughtful use of data and

technology to inform decision-making.
