Brad began his real estate career in 2000 when he created a funding model for syndicating, joint-venturing and developing real estate projects on a national level with institutional, family office and individual investors.

Brad has completed over $750M in development and acquisitions. He has developed senior housing and multi-family apartments throughout the western US,and has been involved in office, industrial and retail assets.

Brad is currently the Co-Founder of HearthStone Capital and Founder of CRE Investor Coach. Brad holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and was also featured in the bestselling book “Brokers Who Dominate”.
