Dana Udumulla serves as Managing Partner of Strategy & Operations at Cost Recovery Experts, where she oversees strategic growth. She works closely with real estate investors, CPAs, brokers, and industry professionals to help clients maximize cash flow and tax savings through engineering-based cost segregation studies.

With a background in financial analysis, investor relations, and strategic operations. Prior to joining Cost Recovery Experts, she held executive leadership roles in strategic relations and business development within the financial services industry. Dana holds a Master’s in Financial Analysis (MFinA) and is a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) through the American Bankers Association.
