Jodie Poirier is President, Occupier Services & Agency Leasing | U.S., where she leads the strategy and service delivery for both occupier and agency clients across the region. She oversees a broad range of services, including tenant and landlord representation, portfolio strategy, corporate consulting, transaction management, lease administration, workforce and location analytics, and supply chain solutions. Her focus is on evolving Colliers platform to deliver connected, data-driven solutions that help clients optimize portfolios and maximize asset value in every market.

Throughout her tenure at Colliers, Jodie has consistently elevated her impact and leadership. As President, Occupier Services | Americas, she led the firms occupier platform across the region, a foundation that now supports broader leadership across both occupier and leasing services in the U.S. Prior to that, she was Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Greater Los Angeles (GLA) region, leading nine offices and driving significant growth over four years. Each role has built upon her leadership and vision, positioning her to guide Colliers leasing platform at a national level.

In addition to her role at Colliers, Jodie Poirier is actively involved in the industry, serving on the boards of NAIOP's Southern California chapter and AIR CRE. She has also been a mentor in various career development programs, focusing on fostering diverse talent in the commercial real estate sector.
