Steven Robillard serves on the Riverside City Council representing Ward 3 and chairs the City’s Economic Development Committee. He has helped lead Riverside’s efforts to attract advanced manufacturing, aerospace, artificial intelligence, and other technology-driven investment while developing policies that balance economic growth with infrastructure, energy, and community considerations.

In addition to his public service, Steven is a commercial real estate broker and founder of Robillard Consulting Group, with experience in land, investment, and commercial transactions throughout Southern California. His work at the intersection of commercial real estate, economic development, and local government provides a practical perspective on the opportunities and challenges communities face as data center and AI infrastructure investment expands.
