Nate Worthen is the founder and principal of Professional Real Estate Services is a member of the CCIM Institute instructor faculty. Over a career that began at Newmark and spans more than 1,600 transactions across 40 countries, Nate has closed over $2.1 billion in deal volume by pairing old-school brokerage execution with cutting-edge analytical tools.

As the CCIM Institute’s 2026 Presidential Liaison over Education and a CI 102 instructor, Nate is a passionate power user of spatial tech like IntelliSite, preaching the gospel of location intelligence to commercial practitioners worldwide.

An avid traveler who has completed two full circuits of all 50 states, Nate’s interest in technology systems deepened after visiting North Korea, the undisputed global benchmark for zero-tech infrastructure. Outside of market modeling, he proudly defends his titles as Newmark’s 2016 Chili Cook-Off and 2017 Cornhole Champion. He resides in Providence, Utah, with his family.
