Problems with the app
If you have already received your EAA app login details by email but are having problems using the app—for example:
- You cannot log in
- Something is not displaying correctly
- A feature is not working properly

Problems with your EAA app account or information
Please contact the EAA team at [email protected] if:
- You have not received your EAA app login details
- Your information in the app is missing or incorrect
- Your contribution details are missing or incorrect
- You notice any other information about you or your contribution that needs to be corrected
Important: If you have not received your login details, please do not contact All in the Loop. The EAA team will need to check your registration and app access first.
