Charlie Lee has more than fifteen (15) years of association law and governance experience.  His focus includes association and corporate governance and policy, multiple listing services, professional standards, not-for-profit taxation, cybersecurity, contracts, advertisement, and antitrust matters.  Charlie serves as legal staff to the MLS Policy and Issues Committee and Advisory Board, the REALTOR® Property Operations Committee, and as the NAR ARELLO Liaison.  

He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management of Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago Law School.   Charlie is admitted to the state bar of Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association.
