Join the NAR Legal Affairs Team for the Legal Seminar for AEs, featuring essential information on trending industry issues and the importance of fiduciary duties and governing policies to ensuring a successful association. The program features an industry litigation update and copyright training to protect your organization from claims. The program will also feature a “Board Training” session which will provide an overview of governance best practices and serve as a template for the new 2025 Core Standards leadership training requirement. Board Training will include an overview of Member Codes of Conduct, Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation policies for members and staff; Confidentiality and Conflicts of Interest policies; and Antitrust policies.
