I am a risk and insurance professional with over 20 years of experience—spanning insurance brokerage, underwriting, claims, compliance, and program leadership. Throughout my career, I have managed risk and insurance operations across multi-line commercial programs in both public and private organizations. I currently hold my Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designations. Before my time at NAR I worked for the DC Government Office of Risk Management, Northwestern, Bowie State University, and American University.
