Jina Myers is the Senior Director of Operations, Marketing and Engagement Strategy at the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR), where she manages NVAR’s day-to-day functions, ensuring smooth processes that maximize productivity, efficiency, and relationships. With a robust membership of 12,500+, Jina and her team continually implement unique, out-of-the-box marketing ideas to promote the Association’s 300+ member engagement touchpoints each year, including the Annual NVAR Convention and Trade Show.

Specializing in New Member Onboarding, Jina and her team have created a structured process for welcoming, educating, and engaging new members within their first 90 days to drive retention, satisfaction, and early value realization. Jina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Towson University, and a Master’s of Science Degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. Jina has her ePRO, AHWD, CIPS, C2EX and received her RCE Designation in 2022.
