Lynda Fernandez is the chief executive officer of the Las Vegas Realtors (LVR) association in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

She was previously chief executive officer at the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors in the greater New York City metro area, and the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) in Louisville, Kentucky. She served as chief of communications and global at the 60,000-member MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) in Miami, Florida for 16 years and has more than 20 years of experience in association management, government management, communications. and international business development. 

Prior to joining the then Realtor Association of Greater Miami and Beaches (RAMB) in 2005, Fernandez worked in public relations for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.   

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida, and a Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. 

She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), Realtor Association Certified Executive (RCE) and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) among other certifications and designations.
