Shelley Specchio is CEO of the MIBOR REALTOR® Association and its Broker Listing Cooperative®, where she leads efforts to strengthen relationships, advance member success, and ensure an efficient, transparent marketplace across central Indiana. With more than 25 years in real estate leadership, Shelley currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), MLS Grid, and the Broker Public Portal. She has also served on other industry boards and think tanks, dedicating her experience to advancing collaboration, innovation, and a more connected, resilient real estate ecosystem.
