Biography
DaVina Lara is a seasoned leader in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and REALTOR® association community, with more than three decades of experience advancing MLS operations, member engagement, and organizational leadership.
She began her career in 1993 with SoCalMLS, where she developed a strong foundation in MLS operations and member services. In 2004, DaVina transitioned to the association side of the industry, expanding her leadership experience while deepening her connection to the REALTOR® community.
In 2015, DaVina relocated to Berkeley, California, to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Bridge Association of REALTORS® and bridgeMLS. During her tenure, the organization grew to support more than 3,500 members across the Bay Area, Delta region, and Tuolumne County, operating on both the Paragon and ConnectMLS platforms.
In 2021, she returned to the Greater Palm Springs area to serve as CEO of the local Association of REALTORS® and MLS, representing more than 1,700 members and overseeing two MLS platforms—VestaPlus and Flexmls.
In 2023, DaVina moved back to Southern California to be closer to her family while continuing to provide leadership and strategic guidance remotely. In addition to her executive leadership roles, she provides leadership and management training for other associations and actively collaborates with organizations such as RESO, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR). She also works closely with other associations to support leadership training, orientation, and mentorship for Association Executives (AEs).
Through her continued engagement with industry partners and association leaders, DaVina remains closely connected to the evolving real estate landscape and committed to advancing the MLS industry she has served for more than 30 years.
