Describe the biomechanical differences in landing mechanics among individuals with patellar tendinopathy (PT), asymptomatic patellar tendon abnormality (PTA), and healthy controls. Analyze the relationship between tendon structural changes and functional movement adaptations associated with PT risk. Propose evidence-based approaches to restore normal bilateral landing biomechanics for athletes with patellar tendinopathy.
