Following this sessions, participants will be able to: Outline essential elements of a comprehensive site-specific orientation, to use prior to clinical education and professional practice; Develop a scaffolded orientation that includes initial and on-going orientation for early career athletic trainers; Address the barriers faced in implementing effective orientation, both prior to clinical education and professional practice.
