Sydney Leverett DAT, LAT, ATC

Dr. Sydney Leverett is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Idaho Athletic Training Programs. She earned dual Bachelor of Science in Education degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia prior to completing her MS in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. In 2023, Dr. Leverett earned her Doctorate in Athletic Training from the University of Idaho. Dr. Leverett teaches a variety of graduate level athletic training courses and also serves as clinic director for the University of Idaho's student run athletic training clinic. Dr. Leverett's research focuses on manual therapy techniques, breathing pattern dysfunction and interventions, and effective clinical pedagogy methods.
