Dynesha Peterson LAT, ATC, CSCS

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Dynesha Peterson is a dedicated athletic trainer with a passion for promoting safety and excellence in sports medicine. She is currently employed as a Certified Athletic Trainer at AdventHealth providing onsite emergency medical services for athletic injuries at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports. Her responsibilities include supervising contracted athletic trainers and EMS, maintaining relationships with partner organizations, and coordinating medical services for major sporting events.  

Prior to her role with AdventHealth, Dynesha spent most of her time serving as a Coordinator for Athletic Training & Risk Management at the University of Central Florida (UCF) Recreation and Wellness Center. In this position, she provided athletic training services for intramural and club sports and played a key role in developing and implementing risk management policies.

She holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida (’22) and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Miami (’21). Dynesha is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), an American Red Cross instructor for First Aid, CPR/AED, and an adjunct professor at UCF.
