Shannon is the Senior Vice President of Credentialing at the BOC, where she oversees all credentialing programs, including assessments, exam administration, recertification, compliance, professional development, the International Arrangement, and regulatory affairs. With 25 years at the BOC, she has led transformative initiatives that advance certification and professional mobility, including the launch of the Continuing Professional Certification (CPC) program, development of the AT Compact, creation of an international mobility arrangement among the U.S., Canada, Ireland, and the U.K., development of model regulatory language, and multiple program reaccreditations. Shannon holds degrees from Nebraska Wesleyan University and Tennessee Tech University, is a Certified Credentialing Professional®, is a retired certified athletic trainer and has served in various leadership roles influencing credentialing practices.
