Jen Sturtevant (she/her) serves as the Program Manager of Sports Medicine, which includes serving as the AT for Malden High School, for Tufts Medicine in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts. Jen is currently the chair of the NATA DEIA Council, President-Elect of ATOM (Athletic Trainers of Mass), member of the MIAA Sports Medicine Committee, and co-chairs MelroseWakefield Hospital’s DEI and Employee Engagement & Wellness Committees. Jen is also past District 1 rep and chair of NATA’s LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee. She has a passion for working towards creating an inclusive and equitable environment for patients, employees, student-athletes, and community members and has provided educational presentations on topics such as psychological safety, transgender & gender diverse care, and inclusive leadership.
