Session # 15 - 340B Program Update
The presenter will give a brief overview of the 340B Drug Discount Program and will provide attendees with updates on applicable case law and legislative activity related to the 340B Program. Certain states have enacted (or attempted to enact) legislation in response to stakeholder concerns related to the federal 340B program and so we will provide updates on Ohio legislative activity along with trends in other states.
