Dr. Jenny Guest is a System Medical Director for US Acute Care Solutions (USACS) North Division, overseeing Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, and Critical Care services across Springfield Regional Medical Center and Mercy Health Urbana Hospital. A board-certified emergency medicine physician with more than a decade of clinical and leadership experience, Dr. Guest has held multiple leadership roles with a longstanding focus on clinician engagement, patient experience, and quality improvement. Dr. Guest has led numerous hospital and system initiatives addressing sepsis care, stroke certification, and care planning for high-utilizing patients.
