Session # 36 - Building a Resilient Clinical Workforce: Two-Phase Model Integrating Feedback and Sabbatical Program

A two-phase strategy using structured feedback followed by a clinical sabbatical program was used to strengthen engagement, improve quality, and reduce burnout and turnover. This model fosters accountability, supports wellbeing, maintains budget neutrality, and enhances retention. Attendees will learn how combined coaching and wellness initiatives create stable, high-performing clinical teams.
