Jon represents health systems, hospitals, and other institutional clients in courts and administrative proceedings in Ohio and around the country. He has represented hospitals in proceedings before the Ohio Department of Health, and regularly represents hospitals and their employees in professional liability cases. His practice includes regularly representing hospitals in business disputes, including payer disputes, litigation against contract pharmacies, and disputes with hospital vendors.
