Emergency and Acute Care
At the end of this presentation, the participant will be able to:
1. Identify best practices in acute and emergency management of critical conditions in athletic and active populations.
2. Evaluate case-based evidence related to sudden cardiac events, trauma, infection, and other emergent presentations.
3. Summarize the role of training, preparedness, and protocols in optimizing emergency response.
