Aerial Fire Fighting Global 2026 is a global conference and exhibition focused on wildfire suppression from the air. It brings together industry leaders, government stakeholders, operators, manufacturers and service providers to share insight and drive collaboration.

The Challenge

As the event grew, the team needed a venue with enough space for more exhibitors and start-ups, while also building a conference programme that worked for a very mixed audience.

With government agencies, operators and commercial organisations all involved, balancing priorities and expectations while keeping the agenda clear and high quality required a lot of coordination. At the same time, the onsite team remained small, so efficiency was key.
