CCIM Fall Forum 2026 at a glance

Recently, All In The Loop delivered the event website and mobile event app for the CCIM Fall Forum 2026, The CCIM Institute’s five-day gathering at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. This project represents another successful chapter in a partnership spanning several CCIM events, built on close collaboration and careful customisation. Consequently, Ryan Wiechmann, Communications Specialist at The CCIM Institute, noted that “each one keeps getting better and better.”

What is the CCIM Institute and its Fall Forum?

Originally, the CCIM Institute was established to administer the CCIM Designation, widely regarded as the designation standard in commercial real estate. For more than 50 years, it has educated and supported the commercial real estate profession by bringing thought leaders together while offering continuing education, marketplace intelligence, and advanced technology tools.

Furthermore, CCIM billed the Fall Forum as its largest member event of 2026. The gathering brought CCIM designation holders, industry experts, and commercial real estate professionals from across North America and around the world to Los Angeles.

Throughout the event, attendees participated in more than 50 sessions over five days. These included expert panels, keynotes, a Dealmaking & Networking Lounge with its Deal Wall, the Global Pinning Ceremony, city tours, and the inauguration of 2027 Global President Andie Edmonds, CCIM. As a result, CCIM celebrated it as “one of our best Forums yet”.

What did CCIM need from its event site and app?

Because a packed schedule gives attendees plenty to organize, much of a Forum’s core value relies on meeting the right peers. Therefore, CCIM wanted attendees to get set up before they arrived, meaning the digital experience had to fulfill several key goals:

  • Give everyone a clear, central home for the Forum’s speakers, partners and schedule
  • Let registered attendees build their profile and personalise their agenda ahead of time
  • Help attendees share their interests and make the most of dealmaking and networking on site
  • Carry on seamlessly from previous CCIM Forums for returning app users

How did All In The Loop support the CCIM Fall Forum?

To support these goals, we worked closely with CCIM’s team on two connected components: the Fall Forum event website and The CCIM Institute Events App. Specifically, both solutions were shaped directly around how CCIM runs its Forums, rather than being forced into a rigid, standard template.

Event website:

A dedicated Fall Forum website brought registration information, speakers, partners, the schedule, mobile app guidance and support FAQs together in one place.

The CCIM Institute Events App:

CCIM’s own branded event app, available for Apple and Android devices and presented by REMAX Commercial.

Personalised agendas:

Registered attendees could log in with their registration email, build their profile and customise their agenda before arriving in Los Angeles.

Networking by interest:

Attendees could select interests and labels to help maximise their dealmaking and networking opportunities on site.

One app, Forum after Forum:

The same app serves CCIM’s Forums, so attendees who already had it from previous CCIM Forums simply updated and logged in again to access Fall Forum 2026.

Why does CCIM keep coming back?

In short, the partnership keeps improving because we treat every Forum as an opportunity to refine what worked previously. Indeed, CCIM described the 2026 app as “back, with even more features”. This steady, collaborative approach matches the experience Ryan highlighted in his feedback:

Consistent & Effective "We've done multiple events with AITL and each one keeps getting better and better. They are experts in collaboration and customizations when it comes to the event site and mobile application, figuring out how to best support your event and maximize the experience for the attendees. The team is great to work with and I highly recommend working with them!" — Ryan Wiechmann, Communications Specialist @ The CCIM Institute
