Event overview
Held every two years, the CREA Leadership Summit brings together approximately 300 board and association leaders and staff from across Canada. Designed to foster connection, collaboration and professional growth, the Summit serves as a vital space for attendees to share experiences, build meaningful relationships and gain valuable insights to bring back to their organizations.
This year marks our second consecutive partnership with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). To support their mission of creating an inclusive, bilingual environment, we delivered a comprehensive multilingual event app for the Summit. By providing the platform in both English and French, we ensured that all attendees could engage fully and navigate the event seamlessly, regardless of their preferred language.
The Challenge
CREA set out to deliver an engaging and fully bilingual event experience while ensuring content remained relevant and impactful for their audience.
A key priority was creating a seamless way to collect meaningful feedback and encourage interaction throughout the event. At the same time, they wanted to enhance networking opportunities and ensure sponsors received strong visibility.
As part of this, delivering a truly bilingual experience across both content and technology was essential.
The Solution
CREA partnered with All In The Loop to deliver a fully customized event app designed to enhance engagement and streamline the attendee experience.
The app centralized all event information in one place while supporting a bilingual experience in English and French. It also enabled real-time interaction through features such as live polling, in-session feedback forms, and networking tools.

Content within the app drove strong engagement across all 300 attendees, with interactive elements playing a key role in participation. The QR code contest alone generated 164 total scans, with an average of 21 scans per code, highlighting consistent attendee interaction across multiple touchpoints. Top-performing codes, including AREA Drive, the CREA Booth, and Fintracker, each received over 20 scans, demonstrating strong visibility for key partners and content areas. These results reflect how effectively the app encouraged exploration, engagement and sponsor interaction throughout the event.
The event app significantly enhanced the overall attendee experience by making the event easier to navigate and more engaging.
By centralizing information and providing real-time updates, attendees were able to stay informed and connected throughout the event. Interactive features encouraged participation and created a more dynamic environment.

Working with All In The Loop
This marked CREA’s second time working with All In The Loop, building on the success of their previous Summit to deliver an even stronger, more refined digital experience. With an established foundation in place, the focus shifted towards enhancing usability, deepening engagement and tailoring the app further to meet the needs of a bilingual audience.
From initial planning through to on-site delivery, close collaboration ensured the platform evolved in line with CREA’s goals. The result was a seamless, intuitive experience for attendees, alongside a flexible toolset for organisers to manage content, communications and engagement in real time.
