Recently, All In The Loop provided the event app for the MEDITECH Users Network (MUN) Annual Conference 2026, held on 7–8 October at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool. Working closely for the client, Investnet, we delivered a dedicated conference app, live on iOS and Android, to help delegates and vendors find their way and connect over two busy days. What is the MEDITECH Users Network Annual Conference?
Originally, the MEDITECH Users Network was set up to enable and encourage MEDITECH users to network together while influencing the strategic direction of MEDITECH within the EU. Its members range from informatics teams to clinicians and healthcare staff, and the annual conference is the moment they all come together: to collaborate with peers, hear the latest updates from MEDITECH and meet selected vendors in the exhibition area.
Throughout the conference, the 2026 theme was ‘Live, Stabilise, Elevate: Realising the Value’, featuring a packed two-day programme of keynotes, peer presentations and breakout sessions alongside the vendor exhibition, an evening reception and plenty of time for networking. Furthermore, the official event hashtag was #MUN2026.
A remarkable setting matched the occasion. Specifically, the Titanic Hotel Liverpool sits on historic Stanley Dock, occupying a Grade II-listed former warehouse that retains its Victorian brickwork and steel columns alongside contemporary design, just minutes from Liverpool city centre.
What did Investnet need from a conference app?
Because a two-day healthcare conference with a busy agenda, several breakout rooms and a vendor exhibition gives delegates a lot to keep track of, our core objectives were straightforward:
- streamline navigation
- boost attendee networking
- ensure delegates and vendors had a seamless digital experience throughout the two-day event
In short, the app needed to make the conference feel organised and easy to navigate, helping the MEDITECH community make the most of their shared time.

To achieve this, we delivered a dedicated event app for the MUN Annual Conference 2026, live on both iOS and Android for both days of the event. Specifically, every delegate and vendor could carry the conference in their pocket on whichever smartphone they used, while ‘Get the App’ QR codes on event banners made on-site downloading effortless.
